1. Information We Collect
MultiLens collects information necessary to provide and improve our multi-model AI chat service:
- Account information: Email address and authentication data when you create an account (via email, Google, or Apple sign-in).
- User content: Prompts you submit and AI-generated responses. These are stored to provide conversation history and synthesis features.
- Usage data: Credit consumption, subscription status, and feature usage to manage your account and enforce tier limits.
- Device information: Device type, operating system, and push notification tokens (mobile apps only) for delivering notifications.
- Crash and diagnostic data: Error reports and performance data collected via Sentry (only with your consent).
2. Third-Party AI Providers
Your prompts are sent to the AI model providers you select. Each provider processes your data under their own privacy policies:
- OpenAI (GPT models)
- Anthropic (Claude models)
- Google (Gemini models)
- xAI (Grok models)
- DeepSeek
- OpenRouter (routing to additional providers)
We do not control how these providers handle your data once transmitted. We recommend reviewing their respective privacy policies.
3. Third-Party Services
- Supabase: Hosts our database and provides authentication services. Data is stored in secure, encrypted PostgreSQL databases.
- Stripe: Processes web payments. We do not store your payment card details directly.
- RevenueCat / Apple / Google: Processes in-app purchases on mobile platforms.
- Sentry: Error tracking and performance monitoring (only when you grant analytics consent).
- Vercel: Hosts the web application and may collect anonymous analytics (only when you grant analytics consent).
4. How We Use Your Information
- Provide and maintain the MultiLens service
- Process and store your conversations
- Manage your subscription and credits
- Send push notifications (when enabled)
- Improve service reliability and fix bugs (with consent)
- Enforce content moderation policies
5. Data Retention and Deletion
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can delete your conversations at any time from Settings. You can delete your entire account, which permanently removes all associated data including conversations, preferences, API keys, billing records, and push notification tokens.
6. Your Rights (GDPR)
If you are in the European Economic Area, you have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Rectify inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict processing
- Data portability
- Withdraw consent for analytics at any time

7. Analytics Consent
We ask for your explicit consent before enabling any analytics or error tracking. You can change your preference at any time. The service functions fully without analytics consent.
8. Children's Privacy
MultiLens is not intended for users under 17 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or via email.
