1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MultiLens, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

MultiLens is a multi-model AI chat platform that allows you to send prompts to multiple AI models simultaneously, compare their responses, and generate synthesized answers. The service is provided via web and mobile applications.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use MultiLens. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use MultiLens to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or abusive
  • Harass, threaten, or impersonate others
  • Generate malware, spam, phishing content, or instructions for illegal activities
  • Attempt to circumvent content moderation or safety measures
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the platform
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Content submitted to MultiLens is subject to automated moderation. Violations may result in content being blocked and repeated violations may lead to account suspension.

5. AI-Generated Content

Responses generated by AI models are provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose. AI outputs may contain errors, biases, or hallucinated information. You are solely responsible for evaluating and using AI-generated content. MultiLens is not liable for decisions made based on AI outputs.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

  • Free tier: Limited credits per month at no cost.
  • Paid tiers: Monthly or annual subscriptions providing additional credits and features.
  • Credits: Non-refundable, non-transferable, and expire at the end of each billing cycle.
  • Web payments: Processed by Stripe.
  • Mobile payments: Processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store via in-app purchases.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are provided for partial billing periods. For in-app purchases, refund policies of Apple or Google apply.

8. Content Moderation

We use automated systems to detect and prevent misuse. Content flagged by our moderation system will be blocked from being processed. You may report problematic AI responses using the in-app report feature.

9. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of prompts you submit. AI-generated responses are provided for your use subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers. The MultiLens platform, including its design, code, and branding, is proprietary.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violations of these terms or for any reason with reasonable notice. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

11. Limitation of Liability

MultiLens is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
